Opinel Nr.08 Alpine Adventures - Skiing Pocket Knife is a pocket knife with an engraved handle, specially designed for collectors and nature lovers. Opinel created the Alpine Adventures collection featuring three different engravings with mountain scenes inspired by Opinel’s home, the French Alps. The Opinel Nr.08 Alpine Adventures - Skiing has a laser-engraved skiing landscape on the handle.

It is a knife with a total length of 19.3cm and weighs only 50g. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance due to added chromium, and has undergone a special heat treatment resulting in a hardness of 57-58HRC. The ergonomic handle is crafted from beech wood, resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures (between -40 and +80 degrees C), slightly widened at the end, making it comfortable to hold and preventing the knife from slipping during use. It is equipped with a Virobloc locking system—which locks the blade in both open and closed positions—making it easy and safe to store and carry.
