The Opinel Nr.08 Animalia Fish Pocket Knife is an engraved pocket knife specially designed for collectors and nature lovers. Opinel created the Animalia collection featuring six different engravings with countryside and mountain scenes. Through these original illustrations, exclusively designed for Opinel, the animal world is presented in all its nobility. The Opinel Nr.08 Animalia Fish has a fish engraved on the handle.

It is a knife with a total length of 19.3cm weighing only 50g. The blade is made of stainless and modified Sandvik 12C27 steel with high corrosion resistance due to the addition of chromium, which has undergone a special heat treatment, resulting in a hardness of 57-58HRC. The ergonomic handle is made of beech wood, resistant to humidity and extreme temperatures (between -40 and +80 degrees C), slightly flared at the end, making the knife comfortable to hold and preventing slipping during use. It is equipped with a Virobloc locking system - this locks the blade in the open or closed position, making it easy and safe to store and carry.
