The Okuma Safina SW-X Spinning Reel is designed for performance and durability, featuring a corrosion-resistant graphite body and a CFR rotor that improves airflow and reduces water accumulation. The Flite Drive system enhances gear stability and smooth operation, providing a more precise fishing experience.

Equipped with stainless steel bearings and an infinite Quick-Set anti-reverse system, this reel ensures optimal control during retrieval. The pinion gear is machined from brass for high strength, and the RESII system balances the rotor through a computerized process for smooth operation.

The multi-disc drag system is fitted with washers impregnated with Japanese oil for consistent performance. Models 3000 and 4000 come with a round EVA handle, while sizes 6000 and up feature an ergonomic TPE handle for a comfortable grip. The reel also includes a two-tone aluminum spool, and the elliptical oscillation system ensures even line lay on the spool, optimizing casting and retrieval.
