Nash Siren R3+ Electronic Bite Alarm

The Nash Siren R3+ is an electronic bite alarm for carp fishing, designed to detect bites accurately and reduce false alerts caused by external factors. It retains the signature construction of the Siren R3 series, while adding extra customisation options, wireless connectivity and power for illuminated indicators via the MMCX connection.

The alarm uses Siren Speed Sensing technology, which analyses line movement speed to distinguish genuine bites from movement caused by wind, currents or drifting weed. The two Speed Sensing settings let you adapt bite detection to the fishing conditions, helping to reduce unwanted alerts. In addition, Roller Wheel Sensing detects slow line movements, making it particularly useful for winter fishing or when subtle bites are expected.

The Siren R3+ has five tone settings and four volume levels, allowing you to tailor the audible signal. The LED colour can be selected from five options: red, blue, green, white and purple, using a dedicated button. One Touch Mute lets you temporarily silence the alarm with a single press, making it easier to handle the rod and rig without triggering an audible alert.

The MMCX connection powers Nash Siren Night Glo Bobbins and Night Glo Swing Arms, providing additional visual indication. The alarm comes with an MMCX adaptor for direct connection to Nash Bobbins and Slap Heads. Its design includes rubberised, removable Snag Ears to help keep the rod in position during powerful runs.

The alarm can be paired with the Nash Siren R3+ Receiver, available separately, which reproduces the tone and LED colour of the connected alarm. The wireless system is designed to operate over long distances, with the compatible receiver tested at over 400m in favourable conditions. The alarm is powered by one CR2 battery, sold separately.
