The Minn Kota Riptide PowerDrive 70 WR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for saltwater and brackish water fishing. The motor delivers 70lbs of thrust, operates at 24V and features a 137cm composite shaft.

The advanced GPS navigation system allows precise control of the boat's position and movement. The Spot-Lock feature automatically holds the boat at a set location, while AutoPilot maintains the chosen heading. Motor control is handled via the included wireless remote.

The Deploy-Assist system eases lowering and raising the motor, enabling quick transitions between deployed and stowed positions. Electric steering and infinitely variable speed control provide precise maneuvering and allow adjustment to conditions encountered while fishing.

Riptide construction is engineered for marine use and includes enhanced corrosion protection. The lower unit is treated and protected with multiple layers to reduce the effects of oxidation and saltwater exposure.

Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption according to the power level used, helping to optimize battery run-time. The Push-to-Test indicator provides a quick check of battery charge level.

The motor is compatible with One-Boat Network and can communicate with compatible Humminbird equipment. This WR variant is supplied with a wireless remote and does not include an integrated sonar transducer or a foot pedal.
