The Minn Kota Riptide PowerDrive 70 MR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for saltwater and brackish water fishing. The motor delivers 70lbs of thrust, runs on 24V and features a long composite shaft measuring 165cm.

The generous shaft length allows use on boats with higher bows, including various RIB configurations. The Riptide construction is engineered for the marine environment and includes corrosion protection for components exposed to saltwater.

The Advanced GPS Navigation system enables precise control of the boat's position and movement. Spot-Lock automatically holds the boat at a set point, AutoPilot maintains heading, and Drift Mode helps control the boat while drift fishing.

The MR variant is equipped with Micro Remote, a compact remote that allows control of the motor’s main functions, including steering, speed, engaging/disengaging the prop, Spot-Lock and AutoPilot. The motor can also be controlled via the One-Boat Network app or through compatible Humminbird equipment.

Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption based on the power level used, helping optimize battery runtime. The integrated battery level indicator allows a quick check of available power.

This variant does not include an integrated sonar transducer. The package includes the cables needed to connect the motor to compatible Humminbird equipment via the Ethernet network.
