Minn Kota Riptide PowerDrive 55 WR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for saltwater and brackish-water fishing. It delivers 55lbs of thrust, runs on 12V and features a 137cm composite shaft.

The Advanced GPS Navigation system provides precise control of the boat's position and movement. The Spot-Lock feature automatically holds the boat at a GPS-set location, and AutoPilot maintains heading while underway.

The WR variant is equipped with a Wireless Remote, allowing remote control of the motor and access to key navigation functions. Electric steering and continuously variable speed control enable precise maneuvering and speed adjustment to match fishing conditions.

The Deploy-Assist system makes raising and lowering the motor easy, allowing quick transition between operating and transport positions. The composite shaft provides strength and flexibility during use.

Riptide construction is engineered for marine use and includes corrosion protection. Exposed components are protected to minimize the effects of repeated saltwater exposure.
