The Minn Kota Kayak Terrova 55 MR is a bow-mounted electric motor developed specifically for fishing kayaks. The motor delivers 55lbs of thrust, operates at 12V and features a short 91cm shaft suited to the layout and dimensions of a kayak.

The Advanced GPS Navigation system provides precise control of the kayak's position and movement. Spot-Lock automatically keeps the boat on a set GPS point, while AutoPilot maintains heading. Drift Mode helps control the kayak during drift fishing.

The motor has electric steering and can be controlled remotely via the included remote. Compatibility with One-Boat Network allows integration with the dedicated app and compatible Humminbird units.

The 91cm shaft is tailored for use on fishing kayaks, where a conventional boat shaft would be too long. The bow-mount system allows raising and lowering the motor as needed.

Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption according to the power level used, helping to optimize battery run time. Speed is continuously variable, allowing propulsion to be adjusted to water conditions.

This version is intended for freshwater use and does not include an integrated sonar transducer. The foot pedal is not included.
