Nash Dumpy Gripper Swivel is a carp fishing lead with a compact design and weight concentrated towards the front. The hybrid shape is complemented by gripper-type protrusions designed to limit rolling and movement of the lead after it contacts the bed. The construction helps keep the rig in position both on hard bottoms and when the lead penetrates silt, fine vegetation or other soft substrates. The compact shape and weight distribution allow high pressure to be exerted on the hook point when the fish tensions the rig.

The wide, rounded front improves information transfer through the line when the lead is allowed to sink under control, helping the angler interpret the nature of the bottom. A Nash-specific recess located at the front can retain particles of silt, clay, vegetation or other debris, providing additional clues about where the rig has landed.

The black/green camo finish helps the lead blend into the bed, and the matte, soft-touch outer coating reduces reflections. The swivel is fitted with an enlarged eye, designed for easy fitting into lead clips and efficient use in sliding rigs. The weight is stamped directly on the body in both metric and imperial, allowing quick identification of the variant used.
