The Korda COG Boom Flat Pear is a carp fishing rig designed for use with Korda COG Flat Pear leads and Lead Clip systems. It is part of the Centre of Gravity (COG) range, developed to transfer the lead’s weight quickly to the hook when a fish picks up the bait, helping to achieve an effective hook hold.

The rig is made from braided leadcore, with a swivel at one end that connects to the main line and clips into the Lead Clip system. At the other end, it features a special swivel designed to fit into the centre of gravity of the COG lead, plus a Kwik Link connector for attaching the hooklink. This system provides a compact presentation and reduces the risk of tangles during casting.

The Korda COG Boom Flat Pear range is available in several options, each sized for specific COG Flat Pear lead weights. The pack contains three leadcore sections, three lead clips, three Tail Rubbers and three Kwik Link connectors required to set up the COG system.
