Jig Fudo SSI Jig Head, No.1/0

The production process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and manufacturing technology, using specially selected materials such as carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content. These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. There are two different sharpening methods used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is monitored online, which ultimately results in a perfect hook sharpness. Hardening is done in special computer-assisted ovens, temperature control is accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time is adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and flexibility.

Features:

  • Model: SSI Jig Head Round;
  • Manufacturer: Fudo;
  • Size: 1/0;
  • Optimal shape for hooking efficiency;
  • High flexibility allowing resistance to deformation;
  • Complete corrosion resistance.
