ICC Big Water Twilight Tilt Buoy with Illuminated Head

The ICC Big Water Twilight Tilt Buoy with Illuminated Head is a luminous buoy that can be used in waters with depths ranging from 1m to a maximum of 5.8m. The system consists of a set of screw-on and flexible PE tubes that submerge in the water, close to the feeding spot. The idea is to have a light signal at night or in dark weather regarding the spot where we are fishing.

The name Big Water comes from the stabilizing extension (100cm) with a diameter of 25mm, which can be mounted directly on the lead buoy, providing increased stability in surface waters even with above-average flow. The black color of the tubes gives them perfect camouflage in the water (practically blending in with the underwater environment), while the upper part of the main tube that protrudes from the water is visible, thanks to the reflective bands (red, orange, and white) and the illuminated head (5cm). The reflective bands are visible from great distances when illuminated with a flashlight at night.

The illuminated head (5cm) is completely waterproof, with the twilight LED automatically turning on when it gets dark and then shutting off during the day, making it visible from hundreds of meters away. The illuminated head can have a lifespan of 500 - 600 hours (operating with two AAA batteries), under continuous operating conditions. Inside the tubes, rubber plugs are installed to ensure complete sealing, thereby providing air chambers for each extension tube.

The enormous advantage offered by this type of buoy is that it does not allow the fish to get snagged in it during the fight. Thanks to the flexible connector at the base of the lead buoy, the buoy tilts and allows the fishing line to pass above. The buoy is anchored to the substrate using a 1.4kg sintered black lead weight included in the package. The buoy comes with a compartmentalized waterproof polyester transport bag that has a zipper closure.
