Savage Gear Hop Popper Frog, Tan Colour, 5.50cm, 15g

Savage Gear Hop Popper Frog, Tan, 5.50cm, 15g

The Savage Gear Hop Popper Frog is a topwater lure designed for predator fishing, especially for pike and perch in areas with heavy aquatic vegetation, lily pads and other cover. It features a soft, hollow body with a realistic frog profile and a concave mouth that creates splashes and surface disturbance during the retrieve. Work it with short popping movements or use a Walk-the-Dog technique to imitate a moving frog. The flexible body compresses on the strike, helping the hook find its mark, while the robust, upward-pointing hook reduces the risk of snagging in vegetation. Rubber strands at the rear enhance the lure’s natural action, and the realistic finish helps attract predators.
