FUDO hooks are the best hooks manufactured in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills. The production process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and manufacturing techniques, using specially selected materials - carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content.

These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpening level is monitored online, resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening takes place in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with 0.001-second precision. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
