FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills. The manufacturing process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and production techniques, using specially selected materials - carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content.

These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is controlled online, ultimately resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is done in special computer-assisted furnaces, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, providing excellent strength and elasticity.
