FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills.

The production process benefits from multiple patents in metallurgy and manufacturing technology, with specially selected materials – carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content. These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical.

During the process, the sharpness level is controlled online, ultimately resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is done in computer-assisted special ovens; temperature control is accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time is adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly tempered, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
