FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills.

The production process benefits from multiple patents in metallurgy and manufacturing technology, with specially selected materials – carbon steel whose carbon content is strictly controlled. These materials in calibrated wire form are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical.

During the process, the sharpness level is monitored online, resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is done in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
