Fudo Carp STG1 are eye hooks made in Kobe (Japan) by optimally combining the best materials and cutting-edge technologies. The main features of Fudo hooks are: optimal shape (in terms of hooking ability), extreme sharpness (maintained throughout the fishing session), high elasticity (allowing them to resist deformation), and total corrosion resistance.

The hook production process benefits from multiple patents in metallurgy and manufacturing techniques. Specially selected materials in the form of calibrated wires are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is controlled online, ultimately resulting in perfect hook sharpness. Hardening is done in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds.
