FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills. The manufacturing process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and production techniques, with specially selected materials – carbon steel whose carbon content is carefully controlled.

These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is monitored online, resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is performed in special computer-assisted furnaces, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and the treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
