The Minn Kota Riptide Instinct Quest 90/115 WR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for large boats and for use in brackish and saltwater. It is part of the QUEST series and uses a brushless, dual-voltage 24/36V motor, delivering 90lbs of thrust at 24V and 115lbs at 36V. The 220cm shaft is suitable for high-sided boats and conditions with waves, where keeping the prop at the correct depth is essential.

The Auto Stow & Deploy system allows the motor to lower and raise automatically, while the Power Trim feature provides electric adjustment of working depth without manual intervention on the assembly. The motor can be operated via a wireless remote, and integration into the One-Boat Network ecosystem enables connection and control with compatible Humminbird equipment.

The built-in GPS system offers advanced positioning and vessel-control features. Spot-Lock enables automatic stationkeeping, while Drift Mode and Dodge Mode help control movement and temporarily alter course. The system also allows saving Spot-Lock points and tracks, controlling speed and heading, and using navigation features via the remote.

The Riptide construction is adapted for marine environments, and the QUEST platform benefits from a reinforced assembly to withstand the power and torque generated by the motor. The Digital Maximizer system manages power consumption according to the power level used, helping to extend battery run-time.
