The ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 EVO Remote L is an outboard electric motor designed to propel inflatable boats, light boats and sailboats. The motor delivers 1kW of power, equivalent to approximately 3CP for an internal combustion engine, and uses a quiet, low-maintenance electric propulsion system.

This version is equipped with a 750mm long shaft and the Evo Side Mount Control lateral control system, intended for vessels where the motor is operated from the helm. The system allows progressive power adjustment and selection of travel direction.

The motor is powered by the detachable Spirit Battery Plus battery, with a capacity of 1276Wh and a nominal voltage of 45.6V. The battery mounts directly on top of the motor, resulting in a compact unit without the need for an external battery in the standard configuration. The battery is designed to float if accidentally dropped in the water.

The Spirit 1.0 EVO features regenerative charging, allowing energy recovery and recharging of the battery when the vessel is moving at an appropriate speed. This function is particularly useful for sailboats, where sailing can be used to recover energy.

The electric propulsion system provides quiet operation, zero direct emissions and reduced vibration. The motor can be used in both freshwater and saltwater, and the trim system allows adjustment of the motor angle according to the vessel configuration.
