The DUO Realis G-Fix series consists of compact, yet high-performance and incredibly powerful lures. They were designed with input from Mr. Takashi Nishijima, an experienced professional angler from the Biwako area, focused on "big perch," redefining what enthusiasts expect. The original model reflects Mr. Nishijima's firm commitment to a high-weight tuning concept, integrated into an exceptionally slim body—a rarity among injection-molded vibration lures.

The fixed steel ball (6.0mm x 1) and the free-moving balls (3.0mm x 10) were replaced with tungsten spheres of the same size. Additionally, a fixed weight attached to the lure’s head increases the total weight by 3.5g compared to the standard model. This allows it to sink quickly, while the fast action of the super-flat body eliminates the chance of fish distinguishing it from real prey. This design minimizes the risk of snagging between the hook and line during the fall due to the lure’s stable sinking position. The distinctive "rattle" sound quickly attracts target fish.

Furthermore, the concentrated weight distribution in the head section and the aerodynamic profile enable the lure to be cast to considerable distances and maintain its tracking range, showcasing its full potential in shallow areas with fast retrieves. The compact body experiences minimal water resistance, offering exceptional responsiveness, especially effective against inactive fish, enticing them with quick rise-and-fall techniques. The small body size helps fish suck it in more easily, resulting in a better hook-up ratio.
