The DUO Realis Jerkbait is one of the best suspending jerkbaits for pike. Its effectiveness comes from the side-to-side movement and the volume of water displaced, both creating an irresistible attraction for pike. It responds excellently to tip action from the rod (twitching or jerking), but if you find these techniques too complicated, simply retrieve it through the water. It doesn’t require a high retrieval speed, performing well even at slow speeds.
