Deeper Quest Bait Boat + DownScan is a bait boat designed for carp fishing that combines bait and rig delivery with sonar scanning, bathymetric mapping and GPS navigation. The system integrates a CHIRP sonar with three beams and DownScan Undervision technology, allowing you to analyze depth, bottom structure and objects beneath the boat directly in the Fish Deeper app.

The CHIRP sonar uses three frequencies to adapt scanning to different situations. The wide 47° beam at 100kHz covers a large area, the medium 20° beam at 240kHz offers a balance between coverage and detail, and the narrow 7° beam at 675kHz is for precise inspection of selected spots. The system can be used for depth measurement, fish identification and creating bathymetric maps.

The DownScan Undervision module complements the CHIRP sonar by providing a detailed image of the area directly beneath the bait boat. This technology helps identify bottom structure, hard spots, ledges, channels, vegetation and submerged objects, giving extra information for choosing the best place to set your rig.

The navigation system integrates GPS and supports autopilot, saving waypoints and planning multi-point routes. GPS positioning is accurate up to 1m, and the communication range between the bait boat and the remote control can reach up to 400m depending on conditions. Sonar data and the maps created can be managed through the Fish Deeper app.

Deeper Quest is powered by two BLDC electric motors designed for quiet operation and a top speed of up to 3km/h. The two independent bait compartments each hold 1kg, giving a total payload of 2kg. Power is supplied by two Li-Ion batteries, with runtime of up to 7 hours.
