Through a special manufacturing process, Climax iBraid features improved abrasion resistance and significantly enhanced linear strength. Made from 8 tightly braided fibers (prevents line fuzzing) with a micro coating (greatly reduces the risk of knot formation during casting). It has an extremely low elasticity coefficient, almost zero, noticeable in both casting and retrieval. By adding a protective Teflon layer, Climax iBraid becomes much more abrasion-resistant, glides through guides more smoothly, and offers better knot strength compared to a regular line.
