The Rondel Feeder 5500 SD is a new concept reel, specially designed and manufactured according to the latest requirements in feeder fishing. The robust hybrid graphite body incorporates 11 (10BB+1RB) double-sealed ball bearings, and together with the stainless steel main shaft ensures smooth operation and long-lasting durability even under tough conditions.

The long cast aluminum spool features a special "V"-shaped lip that facilitates quick line release and thus enables long fixed-point casts. The round metal clip is very useful when the baiting area needs to be reached with precision. It is equipped with an oscillation system (Wormshaft) that allows perfect spooling of the line on the spool and very smooth release. The Infinite Anti-Reverse system (unidirectional roller bearing) allows the rotor to rotate in only one direction.

The fast front drag (Speed Drag) is very precise, featuring steel washers as well as felt washers impregnated with oil. The anti-twist roller prevents accidental line breakage, ensuring smooth line flow. The CNC-machined aluminum handle ends with a textured "T"-shaped knob that fits perfectly in the angler’s palm.

NOTE: The Carp Pro Rondel Feeder 5500SD is a reel developed for heavy feeder setups, especially for carp fishing or targeting oversized fish. It weighs 685g and is recommended to be paired with Heavy Feeder rods of 3.90m or 4.20m.
