ESP Marker Braid is a specially designed braided line for probing the substrate. Its multifilament construction (which means the line is made of many thin fibers tightly braided) gives the line high mechanical strength and zero stretch, which is the key feature for a line intended for probing.

With a slim diameter of only 0.22mm and uniform thickness along its length, it helps achieve long casting distances (the thinner the line, the farther the cast). Although the line is thin, the declared breaking strength of 9kg makes it suitable for casting with a marker kit that can reach significant weights.

The dark green color was specially chosen as it provides good camouflage on the substrate when retrieving the marker float. It is sold on spools of 300m, ensuring that the line can be used multiple times during a fishing season.
