ASSO Ultra Low Stretch Smoke is a monofilament line produced through a unique manufacturing process (SHT), giving it characteristics comparable to those of multifilament lines – very low stretch (almost zero) combined with incredible knot strength. Additionally, to enhance abrasion resistance, it is coated externally with a layer of fluorocarbon (fluorocarbon coated). All these features, along with its neutral smoky gray color, make this line suitable for nearly all fishing styles – predator, still fishing (feeder, match, bolognese, pole, and cane), carp, and catfish. A major advantage is that the line is spooled using "Parallel Spooling" technology to preserve and maintain its exceptional qualities for longer periods (extending its lifespan, balanced loading of the reel spool, and resistance to aging).
